What you'll learn

The objective of the course is to equip participants with a practical road map to tackle the risk and opportunities associated with the digital and AI revolutions. It includes a series of practical steps that can be used effectively, starting now.

These revolutions have started and are already putting significant stress on organisations, stress that will become more pronounced in coming years. We’ll review the strategies available for tackling these revolutions and highlight their main risk factors. We’ll also look at the role that personal, team and organisational capability for change and transformation must play in these strategies.

We’ll then review how risk can be controlled in change and transformation. We’ll also discuss how risk practitioners can progress the risk discussion in their organisation, especially the risk associated with the digital and AI revolutions. Finally we’ll consider how tackling the above challenges will enhance the contribution that senior risk practitioners can offer organisations.

This is an interactive training session with a mix of presentation, discussion and knowledge sharing.

When presenting the Capability Institute workshops, it never ceases to amaze me how quickly people 'connect' with the results they are seeing.
